Your Statement of Affairs is a document which records all of your financial details and history. This document forms the basis of any IVA proposal to your creditors.

The Statement of Affairs is normally very detailed and will include details about all of your creditors, Assets, monthly income, monthly expenditures, Disposable Income and a background statement detailing how you got into debt.
